Head Spa and Hair Salon Policies - Deposits are added to the final service charge. - All services must be booked in advance through our website. - We offer a 20- minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive later than this, your appointment may need to be reschedule. - A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. - No- show will be charged a 50% fee of the scheduled price. - If you are running late, please call ahead to let us know so we can make the necessary adjustments. - We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Zelle. - Due to limited seating, we ask that you arrive alone unless you are a dependent. - Any changes to your service must be made before your appointment begins. If changes are made mid service additional charges will apply. - We only service clients aged 13 and up.
